    About Me

Hi, I’m Yasmin, and I’m a barefoot loving, baking enthusiast with a food obsession. I'm also a Mum of 3 young children, and I home-school all of them.
This blog is the heart of all that I do and love – creating delicious, healthy, family friendly recipes from scratch.

It’s easy to get stuck in a food rut, no matter what diet principle you follow - whether you're part of the vegan, vegetarian, paleo or 'I eat anything' crowd.
Constantly stressing about what's for dinner every night, or trying to get enough goodness into your kids is on the mind of nearly every Mother/primary carer. But it doesn't have to be, given the right help. And that's why I created Three Little Spoons.

Three Little Spoons aims to give you the knowledge and know-how to start creating your own magic in the kitchen, and providing new and exciting nutritious foods in to yours and your family’s diet.
You can search by course, ingredient, or cuisine, and receive helpful healthy recipes to try.
